GARAGAAT VENDORS TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Maintenance and Repair Services)

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Garagaat Vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other automotive services.

Customers acknowledged having read and understood these Terms and Conditions by entering into any transaction with Garagaat Vendors.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Vehicle Repairs: Maintenance and repair services for cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs.

Diagnostic Services: Vehicle diagnosis to identify issues with engine performance, electrical systems, and other components.

Other Services: Car detailing, air conditioning services, and vehicle inspection services.

Others Regular Maintenance and Repair: Oil changes, Tire Rotation, Brake Inspection and Fluid Checks.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information: Accurate information about the vehicle’s condition and history, including any prior repairs or issues should be provided by customers.

Authorization to Perform Work: Customers must authorize Garagaat Vendors to begin any work on the vehicle. It will not start any repair or maintenance work until it received customer’s consent or approval, either written or verbal.

Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before leaving it at the garage. Garagaat Vendors are not liable for any items left inside the vehicle.

Inspection and Estimate Approval: Customers must review and approve any repair estimate or diagnostic report provided before the service will proceed.

Payment: Customers agree to pay for all services rendered upon completion of the work, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Service Charges: Charges for services are based on the type of service provided, labor, parts, and time required to complete the work.

Estimates: Garagaat Vendors provide an estimate for repairs or maintenance upon inspection. This estimate may change if further issues are identified during the repair process. Any change to the original estimate requires customer’s approval before additional work is done.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment maybe made via cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Late Payment: Failure to pay for services within the agreed period may result in additional late fees, and the vehicle may not be released until payment is made in full.

Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees related to the services provided.

5. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

Parts and Labor Warranty: Garagaat Vendors offer a warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed on the vehicle. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship, but does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or external factors. The replaced parts will be given to the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, routine maintenance items, or damages caused by customer neglect or improper use of the vehicle.

6. VEHICLE STORAGE

Storage Fees: Customers are liable to pay storage fee if the vehicle service and maintenance is more than 1 week.

Unclaimed Vehicles: If a vehicle is left unclaimed for more than 2 weeks, Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to sell or dispose the vehicle to recover outstanding payments or storage fees.

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Liability: Garagaat Vendors shall exercise reasonable care in handling and repairing customer’s vehicle. However, it is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle or its contents while in its possession, unless such loss or damage is due to its negligence.

Insurance: Garagaat Vendors recommend that customer’s maintain appropriate insurance coverage on the vehicle. Its services do not include insurance for vehicles while being repaired or stored.

Damage During Repairs: In the event that damage is caused to the vehicle during repairs, Garagaat Vendors will cover the costs to repair the damage under the warranty.

8. WASTE DISPOSAL

Environmental Disposal: Garagaat Vendors ensure that all used parts and waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Disposal Fee: A small disposal fee may apply to ensure proper recycling of used waste.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation: Cancellation of the repair or service after the work has started will hold customer liable to pay for any labor and parts already used up to the point of cancellation.

Changes to Service: Changes to the work order after repairs have started may hold customer liable to pay additional charges.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal Information: Personal details such as customer’s name, phone number, email address, and vehicle information shall be collected during the booking process. The information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and communication process so as to improve customer experience.

Data Security: Garagaat Vendors take reasonable measures to protect customer’s personal information and will not share it with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of the UAE.

12. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS

Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its website or communicated directly to customers;

Significant changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.

14. Acknowledgment and Agreement

All customers/buyers using or availing the services of Garagaat Vendors are bound to agree and comply the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
