1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
Application of Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who purchase new spare parts from Garagaat Vendors.
Acceptance: By placing an order, making a purchase, or accepting delivery of any new spare parts, customer/client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
Types of Parts: We offer a comprehensive range of new automotive spare parts, including but not limited to: Engine components (filters, belts, gaskets, spark plugs, etc.); Transmission parts (clutches, gears, fluids, etc.); Brake system components (pads, rotors, calipers, brake fluid, etc.); Suspension parts (shocks, struts, springs, bushings, etc.); Electrical components (batteries, alternators, starters, lights, etc.); Cooling system parts (radiators, thermostats, hoses, coolant, etc.); Exhaust system components (mufflers, catalytic converters, pipes, etc.); Body and exterior parts (mirrors, bumpers, lights, trim, etc.); Interior components (seats, dashboard parts, electronics, etc.); Fluids and lubricants (engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, etc.); and any other automotive parts as may be available.
Part Availability: We maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts for most popular vehicle makes and models. However, availability may vary for specialty vehicles or rare parts. We will confirm availability upon order placement.
Part Descriptions: All parts are accurately described with specifications, compatibility information, and manufacturer details. Product images and technical specifications are provided where available.
Quality Assurance: All new spare parts are genuine or OEM-equivalent quality, sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all parts sold.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCESS
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, phone, or in person at our location. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express); Debit cards; Bank transfers; Cash (for in-person purchases); Digital wallets and mobile payment apps; Pay by link; or any other payment method approved by Garagaat Vendors upon confirmation of the order.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before parts are shipped or released for pickup, unless other credit arrangements have been pre-approved in writing.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed. Bulk discounts may be available for large orders.
Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed via email or SMS, including order details, pricing, and estimated delivery times.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options including: Standard shipping (3-5 business days); Express shipping (1-2 business days); Same-day delivery (where available); Local pickup; and international shipping (selected countries).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon pickup by the customer.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers should inspect all parts upon delivery and report any discrepancies, damage, or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: New spare parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions: Parts are in original, unopened packaging; Parts are unused and in resalable condition; Customer has original receipt or proof of purchase; Return is for the correct reason (defective, wrong part shipped, etc.).
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the return period and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parts must be returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available for parts of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is completed.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including: Fluids and chemicals; Electrical components that have been installed; Custom or special-order parts; and parts that have been used or installed.
6. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Manufacturer Warranty: All new spare parts come with the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years or more.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: Warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer or authorized service centers. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims and provide necessary documentation.
Additional Protection: Extended warranty options may be available for certain products at an additional cost.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Part Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered parts are compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, year, and engine type. We recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic or using our compatibility tools.
Professional Installation: We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by qualified automotive technicians. Improper installation may void warranties and could result in vehicle damage or safety hazards.
Inspection Before Installation: Customers should thoroughly inspect all parts before installation and report any defects or damage immediately.
Compliance with Regulations: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all parts comply with local vehicle regulations and emission standards.
Proper Disposal: Customers are responsible for the proper disposal of old parts and packaging materials in accordance with local environmental regulations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Garagaat Vendors' liability for any claim related to the purchase or use of new spare parts is limited to the purchase price of the part in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including but not limited to: Loss of profits or business; Loss of vehicle use; Labor costs for installation or removal; Towing or transportation costs; and damage to other vehicle components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply in all cases.
Our maximum liability for any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific part(s) in question.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA INFORMATION
Personal Information Collection: Garagaat Vendors collect personal information including name, contact details, shipping address, payment information, and vehicle details to process orders and provide customer service.
Data Protection: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data and ensure it is used only for legitimate business purposes related to order processing and customer communication.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. However, we may share information with trusted service providers such as payment processors, shipping companies, and manufacturers for order fulfillment and warranty purposes.
Marketing Communications: Customers may receive promotional communications about new products, special offers, and automotive tips. Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Data Retention: Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for business purposes and legal requirements.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Limitation Period: Any claims or disputes must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose.
11. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Modification of Terms: Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Notification: Significant changes to the terms may be communicated to customers via email or through our website and mobile app.
Continued Use: Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Garagaat Vendors regarding the purchase and use of new spare parts, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.
