GARAGAAT TERMS & CONDITIONS Tire and Rims Services

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

Application of Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who use tire and rim services provided by Garagaat.

Acceptance: By booking a service, accepting service delivery, or using any tire and rim services, customer/client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Tire and Rim Services: We provide comprehensive tire and rim services including but not limited to: Tire installation and mounting; Tire balancing and alignment; Tire rotation and inspection; Tire repair and patching; Rim installation and fitting; Rim repair and refinishing; Wheel alignment services; Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) services; Seasonal tire changeover; Emergency tire services; Mobile tire services; and any other tire and rim related services as may be available.

Tire Types: We work with various tire types including: All-season tires; Summer performance tires; Winter/snow tires; All-terrain tires; Mud-terrain tires; Highway tires; Racing and performance tires; Run-flat tires; Eco-friendly tires; Commercial and truck tires; Motorcycle tires; and specialty tires for specific vehicle types.

Rim Types: We service various rim types including: Steel rims; Alloy rims; Chrome rims; Forged rims; Cast rims; Custom rims; OEM replacement rims; Aftermarket rims; Racing rims; and specialty rims for specific applications.

Alignment and Balancing: Our alignment and balancing services include: Front-end alignment; Four-wheel alignment; Thrust angle alignment; Computerized wheel balancing; Road force balancing; Tire rotation services; Suspension inspection; and steering system checks.

Other Services: Additional services may include: Tire storage services; Tire disposal and recycling; TPMS sensor replacement; Valve stem replacement; Wheel refinishing; Custom rim installation; Performance tire mounting; and emergency roadside tire assistance.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Service Booking: Services can be booked through our website, mobile app, phone, or in person at our service centers. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express); Debit cards; Bank transfers; Cash; Digital wallets and mobile payment apps; Pay by link; or any other payment method approved by Garagaat upon confirmation of the service.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For mobile services, payment may be required before service commencement.

Pricing: Service prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the service is booked and confirmed. Additional charges may apply for premium services, emergency services, or services outside normal business hours.

Service Confirmation: All service bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS, including service details, pricing, and scheduled appointment times.

4. SERVICE AND DELIVERY

Service Locations: Services are available at our fixed service centers and through our mobile service units that can come to your location (home, office, or roadside).

Service Hours: Regular service hours are [specify hours]. Emergency and mobile services may be available outside regular hours at additional cost.

Mobile Service Areas: Mobile services are available within specified geographic areas. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard service area.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation Policy: Services may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Services may be rescheduled subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to be present for scheduled mobile services or fail to bring their vehicle for scheduled service center appointments may be charged a no-show fee.

Weather Conditions: Mobile services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Service Warranty: We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of [specify period] or [specify mileage], whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in our installation and service work under normal driving conditions.

Parts Warranty: Tires and rims come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims for defective parts.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover: Damage due to road hazards (nails, potholes, debris); Normal wear and tear; Damage due to improper use or abuse; Damage due to vehicle modifications not performed by us; and damage due to accidents or collisions.

Liability Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or other indirect damages.

Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations and will provide proof of insurance upon request.

7. WASTE DISPOSAL

Tire Disposal: We provide environmentally responsible disposal of old tires in accordance with local environmental regulations. A disposal fee may be charged for this service.

Recycling: We are committed to recycling and proper disposal of automotive waste materials including tires, rims, and related components.

Environmental Compliance: All disposal and recycling activities comply with local environmental laws and regulations.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in safe operating condition and accessible for service. Any safety concerns will be communicated before service begins.

Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any modifications that may affect tire and rim services.

Access and Safety: For mobile services, customers must provide safe and accessible location for service delivery. This includes adequate lighting, level ground, and safe working conditions.

Personal Property: Customers are responsible for removing personal property from vehicles before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Payment: Customers are responsible for payment according to agreed terms and methods.

9. TIRE AND RIM DISPOSAL

Old Tire Disposal: We offer disposal services for old tires removed during service. Customers may choose to keep their old tires or have us dispose of them properly.

Disposal Fees: A disposal fee may be charged for tire disposal services to cover environmental disposal costs.

Rim Disposal: Old or damaged rims may be disposed of or recycled according to environmental regulations. Customers will be informed of disposal options and associated costs.

Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal and recycling of all automotive waste materials.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal Information Collection: Garagaat collects personal information including name, contact details, vehicle information, and service history to provide tire and rim services and customer support.

Data Protection: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data and ensure it is used only for legitimate business purposes related to service delivery and customer communication.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. However, we may share information with trusted service providers such as payment processors and parts suppliers for service delivery purposes.

Marketing Communications: Customers may receive promotional communications about tire and rim services, maintenance reminders, and special offers. Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Data Retention: Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for business purposes and legal requirements.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Limitation Period: Any claims or disputes must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Modification of Terms: Garagaat reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

Notification: Significant changes to the terms may be communicated to customers via email or through our website and mobile app.

Continued Use: Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
