1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale, supply, and use of car accessories sold by Garagaat Vendors.
Customers acknowledged having read and understood these Terms and Conditions by entering into a transaction with Garagaat Vendors.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Product Descriptions: Garagaat Vendors make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Order Process: Orders for car accessories can be placed through Garagaat Vendors website or app. After receiving the order, customers will be confirmed of the availability and dispatch details.
Order Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent to customers once the order is received and processed. The order is not considered final until full payment is made and the goods are dispatched.
Pricing: All prices are listed in AED currency excluding applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made through online, credit card or bank to bank transactions.
Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees related to their purchase.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Methods: Various shipping options depending on customers location are available. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times: Delivery time vary depending on the shipping method and customer’s location. Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout, but is not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to customers upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Shipping Delays: Garagaat Vendors are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or third-party carriers. However, customers will be informed in case of any delays.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt. In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must inform Garagaat Vendors immediately to process the return and its replacement.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: Return of items purchased are allowed as long as it is unused; unopened or in its original packaging and condition; and must be communicated within three (3) hours from the time of its delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety reasons, some items considered as personal-use car accessories like seat covers, floor mats or custom-made products are non-returnable once opened or used.
Return Process: Customers must contact Garagaat Vendors for return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 8% may apply to returns.
6. WARRANTY
Manufacturer Warranty: Most of the car accessories offered for sale are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which generally covers defects in materials or workmanship. The length and terms of warranty may vary by product and manufacturer.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or external factors such as weather conditions.
Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Garagaat Vendors with the product details, proof of purchase, and any relevant photographs of the defect.
Limitations: Garagaat Vendors liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. It is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
7. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY
Product Compatibility: Customers are responsible to ensure that the car accessories purchased are compatible with the vehicle. Garagaat Vendors provide product details, specifications, and installation instructions where applicable, but it is customer’s responsibility to verify fitment before purchase.
Proper Use: Car accessories must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and for its intended purpose.
Installation: Garagaat Vendors recommend that car accessories be installed by a professional mechanic or technician. It is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or modification of the product.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance and proper care of the accessories are recommended to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Garagaat Vendors liability is limited to the value of the car accessories purchased. It is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the products, including damages to the vehicle or personal injury.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Garagaat Vendors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or installation of the accessories purchased.
9. WASTE DISPOSAL
Environmental Disposal: Garagaat Vendors ensure that all used parts and waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Disposal Fee: A small disposal fee may apply to ensure proper recycling of used waste.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal Information: Personal details such as customer’s name, phone number, email address, and vehicle information shall be collected during the booking process. The information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and communication process so as to improve customer experience.
Data Security: Garagaat Vendors take reasonable measures to protect customer’s personal information and will not share it with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of the UAE.
Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its website or communicated directly to customers;
Significant changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.

16. Acknowledgment and Agreement
All customers/buyers using or availing the services of Garagaat Vendors are bound to agree and comply the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
