(Garage Tools and Equipment)
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
Application of Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who purchase, rent, or use garage equipment from Garagaat. This includes, but is not limited to, automotive lifts, tire changers, diagnostic tools, air compressors, jacks, and other garage-related machinery.
Acceptance: By placing an order, making a purchase, or using any Equipment, customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. EQUIPMENT SALES
Product Information: All products and specifications are available on Garagaat’s website or app. Garagaat reserves the right to modify product specifications and availability without prior notice.
Pricing: Prices for equipment are listed on the website or sales documents and are subject to change without notice. The final price is confirmed at the time of order placement. All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: Full payment for equipment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Payment is via our website or app.
Delivery: Delivery time and charges will depend on the location of the customer and the specific equipment purchased. Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order. Delivery is considered complete once the equipment has been handed over to the customer or a representative.
3. EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Rental Duration: Rental period for garage equipment is agreed upon at the time of rental. Rental options, like by hours, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, may be available. The rates are based on the duration of the rental or as agreed upon.
Rental Fees: Rental fees are listed on Garagaat’s website, app or rental agreement and are subject to change. Additional charges may apply for overdue rentals, damages, or late returns.
Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of rental. The amount will depend on the type of equipment rented and will be refunded upon return of the equipment in its original condition, minus any applicable damages or fees.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment during the rental period. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period will result in charges for repair, replacement, or full replacement value.
Return of Equipment: Rented equipment must be returned on time and in good working condition. Late returns will incur additional rental charges.

5. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
Manufacturer Warranty: Most equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a specified period, typically ranging with vendors terms. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Claim Process: Customers are required to contact Garagaat if the equipment is defective. It shall assist with warranty claims, repairs, or replacements according to the manufacturer’s policies and vendors terms.
Maintenance and Repairs: Customers are responsible for regular maintenance of the equipment to keep it in good working order. Garagaat may provide maintenance and repair services for the equipment at an additional cost.
6. WASTE DISPOSAL
Environmental Disposal: All used parts and waste are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Disposal Fee: A small disposal fee may apply to ensure proper recycling of used waste.
7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns: Customers may return purchased equipment provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply for returned equipment, subject to the condition and packaging of the product.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including customized or special-order equipment, may not be returnable. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within vendors terms after placement. If the order has already been shipped, customers will be responsible for shipping costs and any applicable return fees.
8. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Delivery: Delivery charges for purchased equipment will be determined based on the shipping destination and size/weight of the equipment. Customers will be informed of the delivery costs at the time of purchase.
Installation Services: Garagaat may offer installation services for certain types of equipment. Installation charges will vary depending on the complexity of the installation and the type of equipment purchased.
Customer Assistance: Customers are responsible to ensure that the installation site is ready and accessible for the delivery and set-up of the equipment. Any additional charges for delays or failed installations will be the responsibility of the customer.
9. EQUIPMENT USE AND LIABILITY
Proper Use: Customers agree to use the equipment only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and for its intended purpose. Misuse or modification of the equipment may void the warranty and result in additional fees or penalties.
Liability: Garagaat is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of improper use or handling of the equipment. Customers assume all responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment after delivery or rental.
Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Garagaat harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the equipment, including third-party claims for property damage or personal injury.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Care and Maintenance: Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment during the rental or ownership period. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure that the equipment remains in good working condition.
Insurance: Garagaat highly recommends insurance coverage for rented equipment, in place to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon delivery to ensure that it is in good condition and free of defects. Any issues should be reported to Garagaat and the vendor’s concerned at same days of receipt.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal Information: Garagaat collects and processes its buyers/customers personal information, such as the name, contact details, and credit information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws purposely to facilitate the transaction;
Data Protection: Garagaat takes reasonable precautions to protect its buyer’s/customer’s data. It undertakes not to share it with third parties except as necessary to process payment, transfer of ownership, or fulfill the services requested.
12. TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees related to their purchase.
13. GOVERNING LAW and DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE);
Any disputes arising from the use of Garagaat’s services will be resolved through the courts of the UAE.
14. CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS
Garagaat reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its website or communicated directly to customers;
Significant changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
