GARAGAAT VENDORS TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Car Plate Services – Local & International)
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of car plate services by Garagaat Vendors, including issuance, customization, replacement, and delivery of vehicle number plates for both local (UAE) and international customers. By engaging with Garagaat Vendors, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Standard Plate Issuance: Support in obtaining official government-registered number plates (UAE or local jurisdiction) for eligible customers.
Custom or Personalized Plates: Application assistance for special or custom plates subject to local authority rules and availability.
Replacement Plates: Replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen plates as per local and international regulations.
International Plates (Show/Decorative Use): Supply of replica or novelty plates for display, branding, car shows, or personal use outside the UAE.
Shipping & Export Services: Global delivery of plates through trusted logistics partners.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance: Customers must comply with their own country's laws regarding the use and legality of custom or foreign-issued number plates.
Documentation: Customers must submit valid identification and vehicle ownership documents where applicable.
Usage Acknowledgment: International customers must acknowledge whether the plate is for official road use or display-only purposes.
Authorization: Garagaat Vendors may act as a representative in applying for official plates with customer's consent.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Fees: Charges depend on plate type, jurisdiction, customization level, and destination. Government and courier fees are billed separately.
Quotation Approval: An official quote must be approved by the customer before work begins.
Payment Terms: All international orders require full payment upfront via credit card, bank transfer, or approved remittance platforms.
Currency: Prices may be quoted in AED or customer's local currency where applicable.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL)
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on the customer's location, customs clearance, and local regulations.
Shipping Partners: Plates are shipped using reputable international couriers with tracking.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs clearance, or legal paperwork required by their local government.
Risk Transfer: Once shipped, the risk transfers to the customer. Insurance is available upon request.
6. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Quality Guarantee: All plates are made using durable, regulation-compliant materials or premium display materials (for non-road use).
Limitation of Liability: Garagaat Vendors is not responsible for misuse, unauthorized installation, or fines incurred by the customer using decorative/international plates on public roads.
Plate Loss/Damage: Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed within 7 days of delivery, supported by courier documentation.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Customized Orders: Orders involving custom text, designs, or government applications are non-refundable once production begins.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item is dispatched.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply for administrative or processing costs if the customer cancels after order confirmation.
8. DATA PRIVACY
Information Use: Personal and vehicle information is collected solely for processing orders, shipping, and communication purposes.
Confidentiality: Customer data is kept confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Jurisdiction: UAE law governs these Terms for local orders. For international transactions, the law of the UAE applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to UAE courts or arbitration.
10. MODIFICATIONS
Garagaat Vendors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website or communicated directly to customers for transparency.
