GARAGAAT VENDORS TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Oil and Filter Services)

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions govern the oil and filter change services provided by Garagaat Vendors. By availing of these services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all the provisions herein.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Oil Change Services: Includes draining existing engine oil, replacing it with new oil of the appropriate grade, and disposing of the old oil in an environmentally responsible manner.

Oil Filter Replacement: Includes the removal of the old oil filter and installation of a new manufacturer-recommended or equivalent filter.

Basic Inspection: Includes a brief inspection of vital fluids and related engine components such as belts, visible leaks, and oil levels, if requested by the customer.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information: Customers must provide correct vehicle specifications, including engine type and prior maintenance history, to ensure the correct type of oil and filter is used.

Consent to Service: Work will not commence without customer consent or authorization, either verbal or written.

Personal Belongings: Customers must remove all personal items before handing over the vehicle. Garagaat Vendors are not liable for any belongings left inside.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Service Charges: Charges are based on the oil type, oil quantity, filter type, and labor.

Estimates: Customers will be informed of the estimated cost before services are carried out. Any price changes due to upgraded oil types or additional services will be communicated and require customer approval.

Payment: Full payment is due upon service completion. Payments may be made via cash, card, or bank transfer.

5. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Service Guarantee: Garagaat Vendors guarantee that the oil and filter change service will be carried out using industry-standard procedures and quality products.

Exclusions: No warranty is provided for engine performance, wear, or damage resulting from prior conditions, customer-supplied materials, or failure to follow recommended service intervals.

Customer-Supplied Parts: If a customer provides their own oil or filter, Garagaat Vendors shall not be liable for product performance or compatibility.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Oil and Filter Disposal: Used oil and filters are disposed of in accordance with UAE environmental regulations.

Disposal Fee: A minimal disposal or environmental service fee may be included in the final bill.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS

Cancellation: Cancellations after the service has begun may still incur labor charges.

Delays: In case of any delay in completing the service, Garagaat Vendors will inform the customer promptly.

8. VEHICLE CONDITION AND INSPECTION

Pre-Service Condition: Garagaat Vendors are not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the oil and filter service.

Post-Service Check: Customers are encouraged to check oil levels and vehicle performance within 24 hours of service completion and report any concerns.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Customer Information: Customer details provided for service will be securely stored and used only for communication, service history, and promotional updates, unless otherwise requested.

Data Security: Garagaat Vendors commit to protecting personal information and will not disclose data to third parties without consent unless required by law.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be referred to the courts of the UAE.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Garagaat Vendors may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers where applicable.
