(CAR WASH)
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
Application of Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who use Garagaat Vendors car wash services, whether in-person at its location or through any mobile car wash offerings.
Acceptance: Customers acknowledged having read, understood these Terms and Conditions by entering into any transaction with Garagaat Vendors.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Available Services: Garagaat Vendors provide a variety of car wash services, which may include exterior wash, interior cleaning, detailing, waxing, tire and rim cleaning, engine bay cleaning, and more. Specific services and packages are available on its website or upon request.
Service Customization: Customers may request additional services or customized car wash. However, additional charges may apply based on the requested service.
Quality of Service: Garagaat Vendors will take reasonable care in cleaning the vehicle to a high standard. However, due to the nature of the service, some imperfections (minor scratches, stains) may not be removed.
3. TYPES OF CAR WASHES
Hand Car Wash - Manual cleaning by a person using sponges, brushes, and cleaning solutions.
Automatic Car Wash - Vehicle is driven through a mechanical system with rotating brushes, high-pressure water jets, and dryers.
Touch less Car Wash - High-pressure water and detergents clean the car without brushes or any contact with the vehicle.
Self-Service Car Wash - The customer uses provided equipment (hoses, sponges, vacuums) to wash the car themselves.
Mobile Car Wash - A professional comes to the customer's location to clean the car using portable equipment.
Full-Service Car Wash - Includes both exterior and interior cleaning, using hand washing, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
Waterless Car Wash - Cleaning without water, using sprays and microfiber towels to remove dirt and grime.
Detailing Car Wash - Deep cleaning, polishing, waxing, and interior restoration for a comprehensive clean.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking: Customers may book car wash services through Garagaat Vendors mobile app or online. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment: Payment for the car wash services is due at the time of service. Payment may be made via credit cards, digital bank transfer payments or app.
Pricing: The pricing for car wash services is available on Garagaat Vendors website or by request. Prices vary depending on the type of service or package selected. Additional charges may apply for special services (deep cleaning, stain removal).
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for washing. Garagaat Vendors are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as cracked windows, loose parts, or any items inside the vehicle.
Personal Items: All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle before the service. Garagaat Vendors are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle, including valuables or personal effects.
Vehicle Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible for cleaning. If the vehicle is difficult to access (due to tight parking spaces), Garagaat Vendors may charge an additional fee or refuse service.
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Weather Conditions: Garagaat Vendors may cancel or reschedule a car wash due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, extreme heat). Customers will be informed in advance if this occurs.
Vehicle Damage: Garagaat Vendors take reasonable care when washing the vehicle. However, it is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle that may be affected during the cleaning process.
Special Cleaning Requests: Garagaat Vendors will make every effort to fulfill customers’ request for specific treatments (stain removal, pet hair cleaning). However, no guarantees are made regarding their removal.
7. Mobile Car Wash Services
Service Area: Garagaat Vendors mobile car wash services are available within AUE or vendors area services of customers location. A delivery charge may apply for services outside of the standard area.
Vehicle Access for Mobile Service: Customers must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location for the mobile service team to clean the vehicle. Garagaat Vendors may refuse service if the vehicle is not accessible or if it is in a hazardous location.
Mobile Service Availability: Mobile car wash appointments are subject to availability, and advanced booking is recommended. Garagaat Vendors will confirm availability at the time of booking.
8. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations: Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of Ten/ AED 10 .
Late Arrival: Garagaat Vendors may reschedule appointment or adjust the service duration in case of late appearance of the customer. Late arrivals may also incur additional charges.
No-Show: Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to charge customer the full price of the service in case of failure to show up for the appointment.
9. WASTE DISPOSAL
Environmental Disposal: Garagaat Vendors ensure that all used parts and waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Disposal Fee: A small disposal fee may apply to ensure proper recycling of used waste.
10. Liability and Damages
Damage to Vehicle: Garagaat Vendors will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage. However, it is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is a result of pre-existing conditions, such as cracked windows, rusted areas, or broken parts.
Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of damage caused by Garagaat Vendors service, its liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected part, subject to the circumstances. It will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or loss of income.
Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify Garagaat Vendors from any claims arising out of the use of its car wash services, including claims from third parties for property damage or injury.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal Information: Personal details such as customer’s name, phone number, email address, and vehicle information shall be collected during the booking process. The information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving customer experience.
Data Security: Garagaat Vendors take reasonable measures to protect customer’s personal information and will not share it with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees related to their purchase.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of the UAE.
Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its website or communicated directly to customers;
Significant changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to customers via email or through Garagaat Vendors website.

15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
All customers/buyers using or availing the services of Garagaat Vendors are bound to agree and comply the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
