These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Garagaat Vendors, whether booked via our website, mobile app, over the phone, or in person.

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Garagaat Vendors, whether booked via our website, mobile app, over the phone, or in person.

Customers acknowledged having read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound thereto.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Mobile Services: Garagaat Vendors provide a variety of automotive services directly at customers’ location, including but not limited to:

- Routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)

- Emergency roadside assistance

- Battery replacement

- Brake checks and repairs

- Engine diagnostics and repairs

- Windscreen wiper replacement

- And other on-demand repair services.

Service Availability: Services are available within certain areas and during specified hours. Availability of services is subject to location, time of day, and technician availability. Garagaat Vendors will confirm whether it can provide service in customer’s area at the time of booking.

Vehicle Compatibility: Garagaat Vendors mobile garage services are compatible with most vehicles. However, certain services may not be available for specific makes, models, or specialized vehicles. If it is unable to provide services to customer’s vehicle, a notice will be provided ahead of time.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking Process: Appointment may be booked via Garagaat Vendors website or mobile app. Customers must provide accurate details about the vehicle and the required services.

Booking Confirmation: A confirmation message of the booking, including the date, time and location of the service and service charge will be sent once the requested service is submitted.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in advance of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made through the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, pay by link, or any other mode allowed by Garagaat Vendors upon confirmation of the order.

Pricing: The price for each service will be provided at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change based on the nature of the work, parts required, or unforeseen circumstances. If additional costs arise during the service, Garagaat Vendors will notify the customer and seek approval before it will proceed.

Taxes and Additional Charges: All services are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and charges, including travel fees for areas outside Garagaat Vendors’ usual service radius.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

Arrival and Service Time: Garagaat Vendors’ technician will arrive at the scheduled time and location to perform the requested services. While it will make reasonable efforts to be punctual, it cannot guarantee exact time due to traffic, weather, or other delays.

Service Area: Garagaat Vendors’ mobile garage services are available in specific geographic areas. It will inform you of the service radius during the booking process. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside its standard service area.

Access to the Vehicle: Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible for Garagaat Vendors’ technicians. If the vehicle is in a location that is unsafe or difficult to reach, Garagaat Vendors may reschedule or cancel the appointment.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information: Customers are responsible to provide accurate information about the vehicle, including the make, model, year, and the type of service needed. Inaccurate information may result in delays, incorrect services, or additional charges or legal action.

Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in a condition that allows the performance of the service requested. For example, if the vehicle is in a hazardous or obstructed location, Garagaat may need to reschedule the appointment.

Vehicle Location: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked in an appropriate location for servicing. If the vehicle is in a location that is difficult or dangerous to access, customers may be charged additional fees or the service may be rescheduled.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule the service as Garagaat Vendors agreed before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made within the scheduled time of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of AED 30.

Failure to Be Present: Customers’ absence or inaccessible at the scheduled location and time may cause the cancellation of the service and a cancellation fee may apply.

Rescheduling: Customers must inform/contact Garagaat Vendors should there is a need to reschedule the appointment. Garagaat Vendors will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Warranty on Services: Garagaat Vendors will provide a warranty as agreed on the services requested. The warranty may cover any defects in workmanship. In such case, customers must inform Garagaat Vendors and it will assess and resolve the issue at no additional charge.

Parts Warranty: Any parts replaced during the service may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period will depend on the specific part and manufacturer’s terms.

Limitations of Liability: Garagaat Vendors strive to provide the highest level of service. However, it is responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its mobile garage services. Its liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered or the parts replaced.

Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garagaat Vendors and its technicians from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the service performed, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.

8. WASTE DISPOSAL

Environmental Disposal: Vendors ensure that all used parts and waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Disposal Fee: A small disposal fee may apply to ensure proper recycling of used waste.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal Information: Garagaat Vendors may collect and process personal information, including customer’s name, contact details, and vehicle information, to schedule and perform the mobile garage services.

Data Security: Garagaat Vendors will take reasonable steps to protect customer’s personal information. The details will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill the service with its payment processors and third-party service providers.

Marketing Communications: Customers agree to receive communications regarding the appointment and other offers from Garagaat Vendors.

Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees related to their purchase.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE);

Any disputes arising from the services offered by Garagaat Vendors will be resolved through the courts of the UAE.

11. CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS

Garagaat Vendors reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on its website or communicated directly to customers;

Significant changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
